20251215 - Update: Enhanced Login for Citizens Learning Center - Public
Agent Updates Bulletin
As announced on December 15, 2025, Citizens-appointed agents and credentialed agency staff can access Citizens Learning Center (CLC) after signing in to the Agents site and selecting the appropriate link on the My Systems menu. No additional sign-in will be required.
System Issue for CLC Users
Due to a system issue, when users attempt to sign in to CLC, their credentials do not work, and they are met with the login screen below:

In the meantime, users can access the correct Sign in screen via the following link, which you will need to copy and paste into your browser:

Citizens is currently working to resolve this issue, and we will advise users once it is corrected. We apologize for any inconvenience.
