Citizens Systems Are Now Available

PolicyCenter®, myAgency, and myPolicy are now available. Agents, agency staff, and policyholders may resume activity within these systems. Any submissions and transactions saved prior to the extended maintenance should still be accessible.

Important:

The URL for PolicyCenter has been changed to https://pc-prod-gwcpprod.citizens.delta4-andromeda.guidewire.net. Do not use previously saved or bookmarked URLs.

If you see an error message the first time you try to log in, try these steps before calling Citizens for technical support:

  1. Clear your browser’s history, cache, and cookies.
  2. Close your browser.
  3. Open it again and try logging in.

These steps usually fix the problem and will help you get into the system.

You can also access PolicyCenter and myAgency from the My Systems menu on the Agents site.



Depopulation

Agents and policyholders may resume making Depopulation choice selections. The policyholder choice deadline for the Personal Lines June assumption has been extended to June 11.



Claims Reporting

Agents and policyholders may resume reporting claims online via PolicyCenter and myPolicy.


Payments

  • Payments that were submitted via One-Time Payment and pay-by-phone during the outage will be posted on Monday, May 19.
  • Payments that are due May 15 through May 20, 2025, must be received by May 23, 2025, to avoid a cancellation notice being sent.
  • Binders that are due to rescind May 16 through May 19, 2025, will be extended until May 23, 2025.


Effective Date Protection

Beginning Monday, May 19, 2025, you may request an eligible backdate to May 16, 2025, for any new business impacted by the system outage. This request should be submitted no later than Tuesday, May 20, 2025.

Note: This program allows for the backdating of a policy due to a system outage only. It is not to be used to backdate a policy to make it applicable to a claim that occurred prior to the intended policy inception date.



PolicyCenter Settings

With PolicyCenter’s visual updates, you will notice more spacing between fields and questions on the pages. These settings can be changed. To update the settings, select the gear icon in the top-right of the screen.

Select Settings.

To minimize the space, in the Appearance section, select the drop-down in Global spacing modifier section and select 0.5.

Also, the toolbar has moved from the left to the right side of the page. To move the toolbar from the right to the left, select Left align top toolbars. Select Save to update your settings.
