Citizens recently upgraded its security processes to manage access to various programs with enhanced data protection. As a result, you may notice a change in your sign-in screen and be asked to go through multifactor authentication.
You should have received an email asking you to establish a new set of credentials (username and password) for your myPolicy account.
Important: First, make sure you are accessing myPolicy through the icon located just below the image carousel atop each page of citizensfla.com.
Setting up New Credentials (Username and Password)
If you have not responded to our email, confirm your username/email address and establish a new password on Citizens’ new login screen using the Forgot your password? feature.
