In addition to full payment, quarterly and semiannual payment plan options are available. If you are eligible for and elect a payment plan, your invoice will reflect the exact amount due for installment payments on your policy.
Policies automatically renew with the payment plan of the previous policy term. Your payment plan will automatically adjust upon renewal based on the payment amount received when payment is made via electronic bill pay through your financial institution or sent via mail only.
If payment is submitted via phone, myPolicy or the one-time payment tool on our website, please contact your agent to change your payment plan.
Installment amounts are calculated based on your total policy premium. One time fees, such as inspection fees, installment fees and EMPA fees, are not included in your installment calculation. With the exception of installment fees, which are due with each installment, any one-time fees are due by the policy issuance or effective date, whichever is sooner, and will be added to your first installment payment.
