Aditya Gavvala has been with Citizens for over 20 years, motivating and leading teams to success. He directs information technology (IT) areas, including application development, data and analytics, IT infrastructure and operations.

He led several digital transformation initiatives to success at Citizens. His responsibilities at Citizens include but are not limited to IT budget, technology-related procurements, leading agile transformation and overseeing the execution of divisional and departmental strategies and initiatives.

Aditya has a master’s degree in computer science and engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology.
