Your Feedback Requested: Technology Survey

Over the last 10 years, Citizens has made numerous updates to streamline our systems, improve efficiency and meet legislative directives. To get a better understanding about your overall satisfaction with Citizens’ technology, we are asking agency principals, appointed agents, licensed customer representatives and nonlicensed support staff to complete our Agency Technology Feedback Survey by November 2.
The survey should take no more than 10 minutes to complete and contains 35 questions about Citizens’ systems, including PolicyCenter® and the Property Insurance Clearinghouse.
This is a great opportunity to voice any praises or concerns about Citizens’ systems. We value and appreciate your feedback.
