Citizens to Hold Hurricane Ian Office Hours in Naples
10.05.22

Citizens Property Insurance Corporation representatives will hold office hours at the district office of Senator Kathleen Passidomo, R-Naples, on Thursday, October 6, to answer questions and assist policyholders recovering from Hurricane Ian.

Citizens representatives will be onsite to answer customers’ questions, assist in the claims filing process and provide checks for additional living expenses if included in the policy. Policyholders should bring the following information: insured property address, phone number, claim or policy number, photos and any other relevant documentation.

"So many in our community have suffered incredible damage or even a total loss of their home and belongings. While these losses are devastating and painful, meeting with your insurance company is an important step toward recovering and rebuilding,” said Sen. Passidomo. “I’m pleased to host representatives from Citizens Property Insurance in my office, which I hope will make this step a little more convenient for my constituents who have already lost so much."
