Redesign of Agent Bulletins and Website
joulukuuta 18, 2015 - IE #042-15
Citizens will launch a redesigned website in the first quarter of 2016 that will feature a clean, user-friendly interface, with intuitive navigation and site organization. Along with the redesigned website, Citizens has redesigned our agent emails to make it easier and more intuitive for agents to find the information they need. Look for these new emails beginning with our first agent communication in January.
Agent emails will be easily identified by line of business (i.e., personal lines and commercial lines) and will use the following new banners:
Figure 1: The personal lines email banner, which will replace the Agent Technical Bulletin (ATB) and Agent Information Email (IE) banners
Figure 2: The commercial lines email banner, which will replace the ATB and IE banners
Figure 3: The Binding Alert email banner for use during storm season to alert agents that a tropical storm or hurricane watch has been issued and that no new coverage or endorsement for increased coverage can be bound, written or issued. It also will be used to announce lifting of the binding restrictions.
Figure 4: The Alert banner, which will be used for general agent announcements and emails sent to agency principals to announce issues regarding their agency or specific policies in the agency’s book
Figure 5: Training banner for emails alerting agents of training opportunities
- Communications will be listed on the website by the date they were sent to agents. The ATB and IE sequential numbering no longer will be used.
- The Agent Communications page on the current website will display a new tab labeled 2016 Bulletins:
