While Citizens deploys the newly redesigned www.citizensfla.com on Monday, February 1, website users may experience minor disruptions during the weekend of Saturday, January 30 through Sunday, January 31.
Any disruptions will not affect Citizens’ systems (PolicyCenter®, Property Insurance Clearinghouse, etc.).
If you need to access Citizens’ systems during this time, save each system link to your browser favorites before this weekend:
Access the system in Internet Explorer®
Click Favorites in the menu bar
Select Add to favorites…
The Add a Favorite window will open
You can rename the link in the Name: field
You can choose where to save the link in the Create in: field
Click Add
To access a saved link, click on its name in the menu bar’s Favorites drop-down menu.
Note: Links to Citizens systems (PolicyCenter, clearinghouse, etc.) will not change when the new website goes live on Monday, February 1. However, any direct shortcuts you have to the Citizens website will redirect to the homepage at www.citizensfla.com.
Citizens provides agent communications online for historical purposes only, and the communications have not been updated to include any changes that may have been made after publication.
