Jeremy Pope

Vice President, Customer Experience

Jeremy Pope is responsible for consumer-focused operations and for managing critical vendor outsourcing contracts related to Citizens’ catastrophe response efforts. His oversight includes Citizens’ Customer Care Center, customer feedback and surveys, customer correspondence, policy services, and internal agency services. He also directs Catastrophe Response Center deployments following hurricanes and other natural disasters, ensuring that staff are trained and ready to serve Citizens’ policyholders in times of crisis.

Jeremy has more than 20 years of experience in leadership, customer experience operations and strategic planning. Prior to joining Citizens in 2006, he worked for Bank of America, where he served as Vice President of Premier Banking Global Wealth Management. Jeremy also is active in the Jacksonville community; he is an active twenty-year volunteer for the Ronald McDonald House of Jacksonville and served as an introductory co-chair for ImpactJax, a local professionals group affiliated with the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce.

Jeremy earned a Bachelor of Science in Business from Jacksonville University and a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Leadership from Jacksonville University. He is Six Sigma Green Belt certified and a graduate of the University of Florida's Experienced Leadership Program. He also completed the Statewide Leadership Institute through Leadership Florida.
